Charm Pendant orders are shipped within 7-11 business days. (MON-FRI)

Personalized Necklaces are shipped within 10-20 business days.(MON-FRI)

Personalized Earrings are shipped within 10-20 business days. (MON-FRI)

Excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year.

 

Orders are shipped through USPS. When your order is ready to ship, a tracking number will be issued to the email in which the order was placed under. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after you received the tracking number. 

  • Pretty Dolled Up is not responsible for wrong shipping address nor any stolen packages once item is marked as delivered.

  • If your tracking states "Delivered" but you did not receive your item, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number that was given.

Please note: The US Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package for standard/ first class mail. Pretty Dolled Up is not responsible for any post office delays beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.

AFTER MY ORDER IS SUBMITTED, CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO IT OR CANCEL IT?

Since all handcrafted and personalized necklaces are uniquely designed to an individual's specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned. It is therefore imperative that you get to ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping. Make sure that the spellings for names that need to be engraved are correct as well as the color, dimensions and any other details regarding your order

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE CHAIN TO SELECT?

Chain sizes are 14"-22" inches - standard size chain for average woman is 16".

16" on the model may be longer on shorter on you depending on your built.

Due to sanitary purposes, we do not exchange necklaces for a different size. If you ordered the wrong size please "click here"

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays.

 **Please note PayPal -E-Check payments take an additional 5 business days to process. PayPal will not allow us to ship your order until they verify your payment has cleared.

  • Due to all orders being custom made, you cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted.

  • Please double check spelling and numbers. We are not responsible for wrong spelling/numbers on an item.

    • Chain sizes are 14"-22" inches - standard size chain for average woman is 16".

    • 16" on the model may be longer on shorter on you depending on your neckline.

    • Keep in mind that the chain lengths do not include pendants therefore the average chain would be 16.75” – 18" with the pendant depending on the size of the pendant.

    • Due to sanitary purposes, we do not exchange necklaces for a different size.

  • We can only ship to the address that PayPal gives us. We can't change the address once an order is submitted under ANY circumstance.

 

  • If your item is lost or stolen please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number that was given.
